These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your relationship with NOBLE Microfinance Bank Limited (“NOBLE MFB”, “the Bank”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and the use of your account and related banking services.
By opening, accessing or operating an account with NOBLE MFB, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, the Bank’s Privacy Notice and any applicable productspecific terms. You also confirm that all information and documents provided by you in connection with your account or transactions are true, accurate and complete.
NOBLE MFB may amend these Terms from time to time, subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements. Where required, reasonable notice of material changes will be provided through
appropriate communication channels.
ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT OPENING
By using this Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and may legally agree to this Terms and Conditions. If you are a minor, you shall not use this
Platform. Noble MFB assumes no responsibility or liability for any misrepresentation of your age
You shall
provide accurate, complete and current information;
promptly notify NOBLE MFB of changes to your information;
keep your phone, SIM Card, device and other access equipment secure;
keep your PIN, password, OTP and other Credentials confidential;
promptly report suspected fraud, unauthorised access, loss of Credentials or suspicious
transactions;
comply with the Bank’s security instructions;
use your Account only for lawful purposes; and
cooperate with lawful KYC, AML/CFT, fraud prevention and regulatory requirements.
You must not share your PIN, password, OTP or other security credentials with any person, including Bank staff. If you suspect that your Account or Credentials have been compromised, you
must immediately notify NOBLE MFB through its designated customer service channels. The Bank may temporarily restrict access to an Account where it reasonably suspects fraud, unauthorised access or a security compromise.
Where an update to a digital platform is required for security, regulatory or operational reasons, you may be required to use the updated version before continuing to access the relevant Service.
Where NOBLE MFB provides mobile banking, internet banking, USSD or other electronic services, you may use such services only for their intended and authorised purposes.
You must not:
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Bank’s systems;
introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code;
interfere with the security or operation of the platform;
use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes; or
permit an unauthorised person to use your Credentials.
To the extent permitted by applicable law and the relevant facility terms, NOBLE MFB may exercise its rights of set-off, lien, consolidation or other lawful rights against funds held by you
with the Bank in respect of amounts properly due and payable by you. Such rights shall be exercised subject to applicable law, regulatory requirements and any applicable restrictions on protected or exempt funds.
You consent to NOBLE MFB communicating with you through appropriate channels, including SMS, email, telephone, mobile application notifications, internet banking, website notices and
other electronic channels. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.NOBLE MFB may contact you using the contact information provided by you. Your telephone
calls and electronic communications with NOBLE MFB may be recorded, monitored or retained for security, quality assurance, dispute resolution, regulatory and other lawful purposes.
NOBLE MFB may suspend, restrict or place limitations on an Account where reasonably necessary, including where:
fraud or unlawful activity is suspected;
KYC, AML/CFT or other regulatory requirements have not been satisfied;
required by CBN, NDIC, NDPC, law enforcement, a court or other competent authority;
the Account has been compromised;
the Account is operated contrary to these Terms;
security concerns exist;
the Account becomes dormant or inactive in accordance with applicable rules; or
otherwise permitted by law.
Where legally permitted, the Bank will notify you of material restrictions affecting your Account. The Bank may withhold information where disclosure is prohibited by law or regulation.
You may request closure of your Account subject to applicable procedures, settlement of outstanding obligations, pending transactions and regulatory requirements. NOBLE MFB may close an Account in accordance with applicable law, these Terms, relevant product terms or regulatory requirements. Closure shall not affect any rights or liabilities accrued before closure.
The contents of this website, including but not limited to graphics, logos, icons, text, images, software, and overall design, are the exclusive property of NOBLE MFB or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark laws. The display of such content does not grant you any rights, including the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use the materials for commercial purposes unless expressly authorized by NOBLE MFB or the relevant third-party owner of the intellectual property.
You agree not to delete, modify, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the content obtained from this website. You may download or copy materials for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices. We do not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of the information and expressly disclaim liability for errors or omissions in the information. To the full extent permissible by law, Noble MFB disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Noble MFB will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Services, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, unless otherwise specified in writing.
